biowep (Workflow Enactment Portal for Bioinformatics)

A portal developed at IST, Genoa, that enables users to search, select and execute predefined bioinformatics workflows. Users are authenticated and profiled. They can keep results on the server for later analysis and can request lists of workflows executed by themselves and/or by other users having similar interests. See also the following paper:
